For me, 2042 will be close to our retirement ages. The dues will be high enough that I'll be ready to be done with them.
That was my original thought last year since I was already 65 but once my daughter wanted to be included, I began looking at later expiration dates.
Done with dues or done with Disney/WDW?
The one I'm selling was sent on the 4th & passed on the 21st, but the one I'm buying was sent on 8th (17 days) & still waiting too.17 days since we went to ROFR and I am getting antsy

Did you get any information from member services about the date the contract was submitted and whether there was an error on the broker's part?I'm at 31 days......
We also had no issue with a 2042, and were very focused on small (75 point and smaller) contracts so we/they could just use them every 2-3 years if they wanted. Not sure leaving a huge contract with a 50 year payment commitment would sound like a great thing to my kids, even though they all love Disney. We also only picked "where we'd really want to stay" resorts for various reasons.
July May be a pipe dream at this point.
I hope you hear back soon and it provides more clarity… or, better yet, you hear back that ROFR was waived!
There’s still tons of availability for the weekend I want (including at places like the Poly??). I am mostly worried about airfare pricing haha.
