Crazy how fast lol. I'm not totally upset because this would have been icing on the cake kind of contract. I just hate losing a good deal.

Yeah I know but I haven't seen a resale lower then $120 for the Poly. Only reason I am nervous.

I think we all saw that one coming…. IMO anything below $150 has very little chance of passing…. especially a super loaded contract like that…. bummer for the buyer…it was a great deal!

Yeah I mean 2 months into this thread and nary a VB. Not sure I've seen a HHI either but I'm more curious about VB. I feel like if you're good at the 7 month game and you're not overly picky then VB can still work in the 30s. Can easily use a large sum of points to get 1 or 2 bedrooms and make it worthwhile.

If any of those were my UY I would think about throwing a $28 offer in there and see what's up

Woot woot! Happy Leap Day! Not that there was much worry that they'd take a CCV contract these days, but glad to have it cleared so we can hustle along to closing and get these points loaded for a fall trip.

Exactly. A stripped contract means you only pay for the points that are available .

You and I are in the same boat. I am waiting on my 275 at poly ($120). I went back 4 years on these threads and did not find a poly deal in the 110-120 range. I feel like you and I got great deals, hoping they pass!
