Got the good news this afternoon!! Glad I got these points but little sad I will be selling a small BRV contract to help purchase this. My thinking is I'm trading in BRV for a longer term.

I have a couple I plan to sell, to offset recent DVC contract purchases. I just hope "future me" is agreeable to the plan "current me" has made to stay in a budget Future me can be headstrong.

I had a small 25 point contract there. We love that resort and will go back and stay there when we have a chance. But we sold to get more points. If our points don’t sell we won’t be sad and will keep them. my wife is hoping they don’t sell.

We love BRV, too, and in fact I’m sitting on an airplane right now heading there for the week…!

Not my conversation, but am starting to think I’m better off keeping my BRV and just rent them out if I don’t use/need the points, & nice to have them if needed.

I'm excited to (hopefully) own there soon! We really did love it and can't wait to go back. We went back and forth about whether or not we should buy since we won't be going yearly but in the end, we just couldn't help ourselves.

You will not be disappointed. It is one of our favorite resorts and the quiet pool there is our kids favorite pool. Usually less crowded and they enjoy hours of play there.

Really hoping we hear on ROFR this week sometime! I definitely need to make it back since we didn't use the pools at all during our visit. It was only warm for a couple days and our son didn't feel like swimming. The quiet pool definitely looked more my type of vibe than the main pool. Our contract was sent to ROFR 2 weeks ago so fingers crossed!

I think Disney is trying to get enough VGF points that they can sell to existing owners who want to add on direct. they still aren't selling anything.

SSR prices seem to be heading to a more realistic number.

Glad to see some good deals on RIV. Still a little too high for me, but if it gets closer to $100 a point, I might consider resale RIV for our next contract.

Very excited to post our first contract! I made offers on 3 nearly identical contracts with one broker last Thursday and one of them had accepted with no counter by that evening. We are fairly local, so using this for SAP. I can't wait to try out all of the resorts and see what we like best.
