Hahaha same I just saw a couple of loaded 25-30 pt OKW contracts pop up. Shame they’re a different UY or I would have grabbed them for SAP

I saw these too. Is it really worth asking price (I know worth is relative) if the seller is not negotiable? The 2023 points seem worthless if everything can't get transferred in time and that $225 fee adds at least $7.00 per point doesn't it? Am I missing something? I was considering one of these, but trying to talk myself out of it lol!

Honestly no clue the real dollar value but they still look good. I’d probably still offer in the mid-high 80s and see what they counter with. Low point contracts are always go for higher than makes reasonable sense.

Not ROFR, but after all this chatter this week about VGC direct I called my guide earlier this week to have him keep an eye out for us and low and behold, we got 60 points direct this AM with our August UY. Guide said he’s never sold any VGC points before!

Yes, just under 19k with closing costs. Included 2023 points and everything was loaded in two hours. I’ve never spent that much money that fast in my life

We’ve just had a very similar offer accepted but for $145 per point in December, with all 2023 points banked into 2024 but fees for 2024 only to be reimbursed. Scoured a bit and then just went in with the asking price as it was exactly what we wanted and we need to move quickly. First offer ever made and confirmation of accepted within minutes made me wonder if should have gone in a a bit lower but broker said another offer was already being considered and I can only take that at face value so for a bit of saving it wasn’t worth the risk and I was happy with the price.

We own 200 at SSR but wanted to add on and the poly worked out best for our criteria. If the tower gets included then bonus but if not then I’m not bothered as studios in poly1 are what we’re after.

Just hope everything goes quickly so we can start booking in May.

First time buying resale so a bit nervous with everything, apologies if this is in the wrong place, it so admin please remove. Thanks.
