I feel your pain. That is what happened to us. Had 2 backups and they are both gone. That was 3-14...seems like a LIFETIME AGO. This is a rough process for sure.

Curious how is there 304 pts for 2018? Is that a typo. Just wondering since 2017 has the full pts and 2019 as well.

Somewhere they used 16 points - I assume a 1 night stay

We assume we are losing the 160 2016 points banked into 2017 as we are just cutting it too close. We knew that when we offered though.

When they came back and said the listing was wrong, we started to worry more about it being taken. Nothing to do but wait, though.

You never know. I was in the same boat back in January when I had mine got to ROFR with 170 points expiring at the end of March. I figured they were lost when I bid on the contract. Ended up getting everything done with points in my account around the end of February. Booked a 2 BR lake view at BLT for this coming weekend at 31 days out from the trip. Definitely got lucky with BLT availability, but there was availability for SSR as well as some 1BR availability at a couple other resorts last minute as well. If you don’t want to take a last minute trip you could always rent them out cheap. A few others have had success doing that as well, I just figured a last minute trip would be more fun.

Maybe you can be lucky and use them or sell to someone who already has a reservation. Either way it's a great contract.
