He mentioned it was listed at $89. The next question should be: "Where did he find it?"

No notable statements in the contract or from the real estate company/agent. Sellers listed at $89. We offered and agreed to $89. Sellers are listed as a married couple on contract. If I happen to come upon an further information with our closing documents. I will let you know.

Sent out for estoppel on 1/5.

To all my fellow ROFR stalkers, I contacted my realtor today to check in and found out I passed ROFR on 5 January. I was bummed I was not notified but glad to hear I passed and my 10 day window for estoppel is today. So I'm hoping to hear back from the title company relatively soon. I'm not holding my breath as "Hayesdvc" has been waiting 21 days for estoppel.

For all my fellow Disboard stockers, we received our closing docs on 10 February. Getting closer.

That is impressive ROFR time! How in the world did you clear ROFR in just 6 days (5 days if you count New Years as a holiday)? Most I see right now are between 3 and 4 weeks.

Can someone message me at on any advice on what are the best websites when looking for DVC resale points? My family is all new to this, and we are looking to purchase soon in honor of our precious daughter who went to heaven when she was 8 years old...she got a make-a-wish trip to Disney and it was just magical and we also got in one more trip before she got sick...they are our such special memories that will be forever etched in our hearts, until we she her precious face again!! Anyway, we want to have a good experience, but also get the best deal...and trying to learn all we can before making our first offer! thanks so much!! Can't wait to own a little slice of 'heaven' on earth!!

Thank you SOO much!! I am new to this, and it is a little overwhelming to know how to navigate and how to go about making an 'offer' without losing it, but yet getting good deal at the same time! I am just so excited, but know I have to be patient...it has been about 3 years since our sweetheart has gone to heaven...and we miss her contagious smile every day...but when we are at Disney, there is just something so special about it...she always said, "I can't believe Heaven will be even BETTER than Disney World!!" She longed to go to heaven and be with her Best Friend, Jesus..and that is what gets us through each and every day...knowing where she is and that we will see her again!! I guess we slipped through the cracks by accident. Anyways, we've been hanging as patiently as possible, stocking Disboards, and watching every bodies dates every step of the way. I'm seeing getting the DVC membership number has been a trial for some. We just keep our fingers crossed and hope for the best. At least we are past ROFR and know our contract is ours.

Have you asked your broker about it recently. I thought it took up to 30 days for ROFR with the norm being between 3-4 weeks. Altough ROFR time seems to change all the time. Last September and October it seemed to be 1-2 weeks as the norm.
