Didn't want to jinx our chances by posting earlier given some recent contracts that were taken. So excited this passed!

Just for my own data collection purposes- was there anything on the contract such as a foreclosure, bankruptcy, divorce, any legal attachments, etc.?

Hahaha. I think we are all wondering how that great deal came about!

They're probably holding too much inventory in whatever unit that contract is for with not enough corresponding wait listed interest.

Plus, it looks like they're making a killing on these trustee foreclosures now, which would translate to much less incentive to exercise ROFR.

No notable statements in the contract or from the real estate company/agent. Sellers listed at $89. We offered and agreed to $89. Sellers are listed as a married couple on contract. If I happen to come upon an further information with our closing documents. I will let you know.

The 2014 points were banked and must be used by Sept but unfortunately the seller couldn't bank the 2015 points (I assume they are behind on dues). We were hoping to close before the May 1, 2015 deadline for banking the 2015 points, but reading the forums I am feeling very unoptimistic. Without going crazy with the points we probably wont be able to use all 320 by Sept, but I guess that is a problem for after when we hear whether we pass ROFR.
