Could you just clarify something for me...I don't really understand how someone asking for the broker and someone else saying "no," or "it's a blocked broker" is against a board rule? There is no intent to direct another user to a forgotten website. I appreciate all that you contribute to the board, you're fantastic honestly. I just never understood the logic behind that.

Because the rules state if you want to mention or discuss a business, then you should post the link.

If the question is “Who is your broker or who did you use?”, then the answer is the link, which is pretty easy to do and then the filter can work..no other comments are needed

ETA; It also helps to stay consistent so that people don’t get confused as to what is and is not acceptable. Thst is why I keep reminding to just post the link!

I think $100 is a great initial bid with room to negotiate. I couldn't seem to get any BCV sellers to go lower than $130 (I usually opened with an offer of $115) so that's what we finally agreed on after offering on several contracts.

I'm not sure they thought I was a serious buyer, would say best brokers I've used that are comfortable presenting low offers are www.fidelityrealestate.com and www.dvcstore.com and had great service with www.**********.com

There is a new advertisement on this thread that is taking up most of the page, leaving the thread replies to be squished together and therefore the entire page to be very long Is this happening for anyone else? Am not sure if its just me or where to escalate if not? (not complaining about the ad at all, just the width of it taking up the whole screen and making it impossible to read!)

Quick clarification all..when people ask about a broker or busines, the board requires you to simply the link.

There is no need to mention it’s filtered or any other comments… just post the link and let the filter do it’s job.

I know I sound picky but I have been deleting posts because the rules continue to be stretched.
