True. But, this has never happened to me before and I would rather have written confirmation I passed before wiring money.I would assume that if you got closing contracts that you would have passed. That’s kind of weird though… so I’m not sure.
maybe the closing company got word first and just sent them through all at once? It was an email from someone named cammy. That is so weird so did I just now. I was given closing documents but was not notified I passed. I am not with Fidelity but, I am not sure I can share my broker for this contract.
You mean, Cammy at Mason Title? That's how we got notified.maybe the closing company got word first and just sent them through all at once? It was an email from someone named cammy.
That may be. Mine was from Cammie too.maybe the closing company got word first and just sent them through all at once? It was an email from someone named cammy.
okayI just called my broker and they did not receive confirmation from DIsney that I had passed. However, Disney can forget to put brokers on their email list so he is checking into it for me. So, I am sitting tight!

my husband got an email saying we passed two hours ago and neglected to tell me. Yay! lolI just called my broker and they did not receive confirmation from DIsney that I had passed. We had the same thing happen with ours with Fidelity and now I am once again waiting for hte sellers to sign again. It’s frustrating.*Date change for ROFR submission due to "technical error" in the electronic signing system and re-signing by all parties
*Observation: I significantly prefer DocuSign (I believe used by board sponsor and other brokers) vs the electronic signature system Fidelity uses
I am also using Fidelity and yesterday got closing docs from their closing agency for a HGV contract for someone else... very odd... I've bought from Fidelity 3 times before and had great experiences.. not sure if something odd is going on with the company they use for closing paperwork though...hello, I got sent the closing contracts to sign, but no one ever told me if we passed rofr. Does this mean we passed? I sent an email to fidelity, but no response yet.
I saw 2 on this forum that passed at 135pp last month. I honestly wasn't even considering ppp but looked more at would I can afford out of pocket. I knew I could only offer $20,000 so I looked for a contract close and offered. Then I realized the ppp was LOW! Seller accepted so now let's see if rofr let's it slide for a new low! (I am guessing no, but EVERYTHING passing recently is getting my hopes up!)Great deal, I don’t follow BLT prices but this looks like the low for 2022 and 23 maybe??? Good + points too
Amazing! Really hope you get through ROFR tooAwesome, I just am so excited to hear back on my RoFR. Hoping to hear by end of Month. We're heading down in May (already booked on rented points) and then going down with my Wife's family in November, so we want to be able to book ASAP at that 7 month mark in April, so hoping all closed by then!
