We never got any sort of update from our agent (she’s kind of been a space cadet) so we aren’t sure when we passed ROFR…but we just got closing docs from the title company so I guess it’s official!

We got our news this morning from our closing co. Still never heard anything from the broker. But that's okay, it's our umpteenth contract so we know this rodeo.

I can’t wait for mine…we’ve been in since June 14th waiting for BLT and I really really want the points to book a post cruise family friend trip for the end of next June. The sooner I can get the points the better. There is a MINIMAL chance we can swing a 3 bedroom Lake View but I’ll probably be more reasonable and do a 2 bed (hoping for Lake view but I’ll spring for the TPV if necessary since my friend’s 4 year old has never been to Disney).

I have absolutely no reason to be in any rush because we aren’t going right now with a newborn, but I’m an impatient person lol. Hoping yours comes through quickly!

We had a 2-bedroom BLT TPV last February and I will say…watching those fireworks in our living room with my (then) four year old was PRICELESS.

Just looked back at photos, ten years ago today we bought our very first contract direct at the Poly. Very fortuitous to have passed ROFR on our fourth contract today!
