First DVC contract, and bought a small one at Hilton Head to start our membership (and we plan to use these points at Hilton Head since it’s a frequent vacation spot for us). Future add on resale contracts I will be looking for are Aulani and Boulder Ridge (maybe Copper Creek). I am planning for 150 direct points at Polynesian if better incentives get released to get the blue card.

Is dvcrofr.com still being updated? When I look at the ROFR wait, this year is just blank.

Apologies for the extended hiatus. Moved to a new (old) house which has been an endless source of projects. Throw in a couple of kids under 5 and I'm not sure how I ever had enough time to build this site in the first place! Anyway, disboards data should be back up to date. Fixing the listing scrapers that no longer work will take some time, but I'm working on it now.
