This is awesome and I think very accurate. I've done the same thing with my BCV points and have come up with the relatively the same numbers.

Thanks for putting this together! I do this each year for my break even numbers, but this is a very nice visualization! And made me feel slightly better about the high point costs for our unexpected holiday trip!

Small request would be to allow for download of data. But no expectation that you should add it!

Very cool! I have randomly done several different times of year calculation for our contracts, but this is very handy to see it in a heat map form.

I think it’s the broker, after it comes back, they send it to title.

Maybe this should be in its own thread or even PM, but is there an error on the "normalized" page for BRV for "this year" i see my contract listed correctly, but on the chart it's down in the $70's? (is that what normalized means?)
