Was hoping to hear some more people passing ROFR today. Im waiting for mine that was sent on 4/20...so close yet feels so far still :flower:
We also sent 4/20…hopefully it will be today or tomorrow. 🙏🏼🙏🏼

Still waiting and mine was sent on 4/18...... Hopefully we hear soon! The wait is giving me anxiety, even though they have not taken a contract yet.....

ETA: I've been stalking my emails instead of stalking for open rooms!

I'm first time buyer. Just submitted one offer through ****************** and one via Fidelity yesterday. The only responses I got were system generated messages. Does this sound right? I thought a real person would have reached out today..

TDK44---$94-$28507-270-AKV-Dec-270/22, 270/23, 270/24- sent 4/2, passed 4/14
Closed today!!! So for folks asking questions about timing, it took just over 3 weeks since passing ROFR and that’s with international sellers who had a week’s delay getting to a notary due to a national holiday. The team at Mason was certainly moving quickly, so kudos to them!

Yes, that’s correct. I’ve offered with a handful of different companies and even the automated response is delayed with some.
It does vary by company, but you will get a real response anywhere from same day to a couple days away.

I haven't submitted an offer through Fidelity before, but I know some people here in the ROFR thread have said that they get quicker responses from Fidelity when calling in to inquire/submit an offer.

I submitted an offer to Fidelity last Wednesday and they haven’t bothered to get back to me. I haven’t followed it up as I negotiated a different contract with another broker the same day. It’s pretty poor form on their part though. I offered on a separate contract with Fidelity a few weeks ago and they responded with the Sellers response about three days after the automatic reply.

With Fidelity, it likely depends on the agent. Mine called me less than an hour after I made my offer. I was shocked to see the 407 number on my caller ID. I figured it might take days. So far, she's been prompt with replies and it's been a very positive experience. *knocks on wood*
