Thank you!! Yes, we'll see what's available when the points are loaded. I might end up banking some or all of 2023 into 2024 and use the banked 2022 on larger rooms in the Fall/Winter.

Looking forward to the BCV studios. We rented points for one over Spring Break, fell in love, and I got swooped right into the madness of the ROFR monster sleeping.

130 is at the very low end for asking prices on the 35 contracts on DVC market right now

I saw the AKV pricing trend graph— looks awesome. I’ve picked up 426 points since January so I really need to stop—but if that line keeps trending down, it might be hard to say no.
