You're certainly not the only one. I don't know about anyone else, but it's hard not to pace the floor when you just want to book a trip! I feel like my plans are making plans, lol!

So excited!! We heard earlier today that we passed ROFR!--so I'm not as afraid to post and jinx it, lol! I'm new here to posting so hopefully I'll get this correct. We have been to Disney a few times now in the past couple of years (I planned our first trip in 2015 as a one and done for our family but we all fell in love with the place and had to go back!---again and again now!).........we LOVE staying in the 1 and 2 bedroom villas that we rented points for! I've been following this discussion along with a few others while we waited for ROFR after jumping on some contracts a few weeks ago. We took the tour on our last trip in April and hubby convinced me we should for sure buy, but didn't really want Poly buy-in that the guide was pushing because we would be limited to pretty much just studios at 11 months so we researched and decided if there was one resort we'd always be happy to stay at it was the Grand Floridian.....sooooo, here we are hopefully owners there soon!! I'll try to get this strip right for us to have posted that it passed.....Thanks so much for this thread, it has really helped us in our decision/waiting period!

You might have to change the email address on this account to something else, then register a new account with your preferred email address. Since you just started posting you shouldn't be losing much.

Thanks so much! I should have read all the intro threads on the main page again about registering before I finally posted--my mistake!! I just had this one bookmarked to follow and kept returning to it. Sorry to clog up the thread! Hopefully I have it all figured out now Had to pick a new name though so I'll have to fix my string.

Thanks so much!!! We are VERY excited! When the agent told me about it, I knew it was absolutely perfect for us! 3 kids here so we will add another 50 on so we can split them all equally for them in the future.

Opur timeline: Offer submitted & Accepted 3/18 Contracts Sent for ROFR 3/19 Passed ROFR 4/4 Contracts Received 5/2 Signed and returned 5/3 And because I'm the way I am, and have to know it minute by minute, I'm tracking the package. Just got a text from USPS, the documents are in route to title office!!

Boy what a ride, but it was so worth it!!!
