We have 4 kids and 4, almost 5, grandkids, and want anyone to be able to go when they want plus we will go at least 3 times a year. We're already planning a big family getaway! We've rented several times and this just makes financial sense. Can't wait!

It happens all the time 3 weeks to 30 days most typical for ROFR results.

We joined this website in July when we started this journey. I have been unwilling to post because we were scared this could fall apart at any moment. We received our membership letter from Disney two days ago.

AB-$82-$28,7000-350-BCV-Dec-0/'14, 350/'15, 350/'16-sent 7/11 passed 8/4. there were no MF and buyer covered closing cost. We mailed closing documents in earlier Sept. We have our membership ID and are up and running.

Just saw some one lost 130 SSR in ROFR at 67/pp, but never know how ROFR will turn out. Good luck with ROFR, you have a very good deal in today's market.

I really hope this one works out for you. I was tracking your last one on the boards since it was so similar to mine that was sent to ROFR right after yours . This one may have a better chance since there are no banked 2013 points like your last one had at the same price per point. Good Luck!

I'm not sure... you do have a stripped contract but the SSR prices have risen since the beginning of the year. I'll be hoping with ya!
