Didn't realize they started a new thread and I posted on the old one but my contract passed rofr. 75/pt for 215 points at AKL. 180pts banked from 2013, 215 coming in dec 2014 and 215 for 2015. Sent 6/18 passed 7/17. Good luck to everyone else who is waiting.

We decided to look into resale and were so pleasantly surprised that DVC was within our reach because of it. Most of what I learned was from all of the great post here.

We put a bid on our first DVC contract yesterday- the offer was accepted and we started ROFR today!
