Nice job. One comment: it's very important to include at least one of the date fields (date submitted and date passed). ROFR levels change over time so someone analyzing the data needs the date info as well. The benefit to having both dates is that it also gives people an idea how long it takes between submission to Disney and when they make their decision.

We're in the middle of a price increase (in effect for non-members since March 4, will be in effect for members starting June 4) so the date info is also helpful in analyzing whether a price increase affects ROFR levels.
