ROFR - SSR hit $132pp

But what happens to direct RIV sales next year when VGF2 goes on sale? If VGF2 pricing is close to RIV then it will not be pretty for RIV.

But a question (that might have already been answered): do we know if VGF2 will be part of the 'original' DVC resort category, or will it be in the same restricted category as RIV, for resales? It's technically a new DVC resort, isn't it?

They have already announced it will be the same association so it’s simply adding more rooms to the resort that already exists.

Most, if not all agree, that there is no way to give it restrictions when it’s under the same condo association.

We here refer to it as VG2, but in essence, buying when points go on sale will allow you to book the entire resort.

What many think is that it will be a Kidani and Jambo situation where you either be booking the Big Pine Key building for a studio or booking one at the current VGF building

That makes a lot of sense. Thanks for the info.
