ROFR - Questions

I put a contract down on SSR for 81 a point for 150 points with seller paying closing costs. There are only 48 points for 07 and 150 coming in 08. Do you think that will pass ROFR. I will not be able to come till 08 so after doing the math this was a good contract for me.

Please give me any insight on a recent SSR purchase. After looking at other asking prices on TTS I don't see why it wouldn't pass but curious.

I would have considered buying through Disney, but I live in Japan and they are not allowed to sell here. Talked with Dis guide a few weeks ago.
