ROFR Question about Resale Prices

I have looked at the ROFR thread, prices all over here it seems. What is the lowest price per point that you think will pass ROFR at AKL and BWV on an approximately 160 point purchase with buyer taking 2008 points and paying closing and seller paying 2008 maintenance. Are guesstimates permitted on this board? Is there someplace where Disney's Direct prices on resales are listed?
