ROFR are you notified?

We signed the initial resale papers about 20 days ago, have not heard anything as to weather Disneys' ROFR has passed or not? Did anyone from the TSS contact you to let you know? Should I bug them or just sit and bite my nails?

I would think they would let you know but I don't think a phone call from you would be inappropriate. Just tell them you're kinda anxious and were wondering if they had any news.

They forgot to call me. I called them after 3 weeks and found out that Disney's response came back 6 days prior to my phone call.

They didn't notify us. The story was always "we are so busy, we have so many contracts". They did say phone calls were no bother and to contact them every day if I wanted.

I called them, and was told that my RofR had gone through "just today". I'm not sure that I believe that...I think it might have gone through earlier, and they just had not had a chance to call...it just seemed too coincidental!

In their defense, I was told that they have SO FAR sold 80 DVC timeshares this month when 50-60 is normal for an entire month, so they are definitely "slammed"! I have heard two things concerning RofR...first, that Disney is taking on average 11 days to decide (so, I would definitely call...I bet your answer is waiting on you), and second...that Disney is not buying back as many as they were a few weeks ago (so, that should give you some relief).

If you do decide to call, please let us know what you hear!

I just got off the phone with the TSS, Jerry who is handling my contract is on vacation! I was told that Disney passed on my ROFR, she didn't say when, but at least now we know where we stand! Thanks to all, for your responses, both my wife and myself are very excited at this news! Now we have to start planning more trips to OKW!!!
