Best Time to Book Flights and Price

Good afternoon,

We have booked for August 2026, the plan is to stay at Universal for 4 nights before staying at Disney for 10 nights. We've already booked our Disney hotel and tickets. Can anyone who has experience of booking flights separately let me know the best time to book? In addition, can anyone give an estimate of how much we'll be looking at for the flights? I understand they don't go on sale until 11 months out, so I'm way ahead of myself here. I just don't know how much to budget at all as we normally just book all in with Disney.

We’ve just booked in April for end of August 25 with Aer Lingus for 4 adults Manchester to Orlando return and we paid £2400.
