ROFR & Addendum

Hello, I was hoping someone could help me clear a few things up. It’s been my first time going through ROFR and purchasing. ROFR was sent on 3/28. I would either be on day 30/31. However I was sent an addendum to sign on 4/24 at 6am to sign. It was clear as to what the addendum was for. I asked the agent and she said contract # later on. I signed it, but I went to ask if it started the ROFR process all over again. She replied that it takes 30 days. I’m curious if anyone can help clear up for me if it starts over again or not. I am technically on day 30/31 and still haven’t heard anything back yet. I have been told Disney has 30 days, but I’ve also been told up to 45. Has anyone been through a similar circumstance, if so what was your outcome? Thank you so much in advance.

My last resale I had to sign an addendum because they submitted the contract number wrong. It didn’t reset the ROFR timeline and passed about a week after I signed it.

I haven’t heard anything back and technically today is day 30/31 I don’t know if that’s a good thing or a bad thing lol

To clarify, DVC has to be given at least 30 days to decide but they can take up to closing date of contract.
