Rodeway Inn by Water Mania

Has anyone stayed at the Rodeway Inn by Water Mania? I am considering staying there for one night when we arrive late in June before checking in at the BW. Has in been recently renovated? Is it clean? Safe?

If I recall right, this is the same Rodeway Inn advertised on the DIS. I found it a nice place. It doesn't have much in the way of extras, but if you're looking for a clean bed and shower, I would choose the Rodeway Inn.

yes this is the same hotel that is advertise on the Dis.

I didn't like all the heavy traffic out front - now the rooms are in the back - so the the traffic shouldn't be a problem with sleep - but getting in and out of the place (unless the light a block after it was red) was not alot of fun.

I stayed at this hotel in November and I would not recommend it. We stayed 2 nights, the first night and the last night of our vacation. The first room was ok. Looked pretty clean but had a musty smell. The second room smelled terrible, the door was difficult to shut. If it hadn't been so late at night I never would have stayed there. We slept and left early in the am. If you are looking for inexpensive though I think the cost was $31/night. Would I stay there again? No.
