***ROCKSTAR: Supernova*** (spoilers welcome)

I would bet money if I were a betting kind of person that is that we see one CD and one world tour from Supernova because that stuff is being financed by Mark Burnett Productions- I really don't see more than one CD from Supernova with whomever they choose tonight. (as I type they are taping the finale - those with tickets were told to be there at 7:30am this morning)

I'm so torn today over this show. I don't think I want any of them to win, LOL!!!

First of all - Ryan getting all that attention - being brought back with the encore, given a car and Dave financing his album and it's on sale TODAY on the rockstar site - and Ryan was NOT even in the top 5???

I sure do hope that the ones not selected tonight get some kind of nice prize like Ryan did - maybe Dave will finance the rest of the top 4's albums too - he should since he did it for Ryan.

Ok, I'm done with my rant, now onto the performances last night:

Toby - Toby, Toby, Toby - I love Toby ONLY because he and Lukas are such good friends, if Lukas doens't win I hope that Toby does. I thought Toby sounded better singing Karma Police on the webisode.

Lukas - I didn't know that Coldplay song at all but I thought Lukas intensity was right on and love watching him perform. Loved the accoustic version of Headspin but noticed that he brought it down an octave or two - hope his voice is ok. I now think Lukas may be too eccentric for Supernova. The growling, the mannerisms on stage, stumbling is all part of why those that like Lukas do ... his intensity when he performs makes Lukas who he is - that's his style, he puts his heart and soul into every performance and I for one love it.

Dilana - Even though I'm NOT a big Dilana fan I will say that her voice sounded good on Roxanne - I still don't really like her original song though.


Magni - Poor Magni - why on earth would TLee say anything negative to Magni on the final show and not say anything negative to any of the others - I felt sorry for Magni tonight and unfortunately I also think that IF he is in the bottom 2 - he will be the one cut tonight.

Bottom 2: Hard to choose but I think Magni and then either Dilana or Lukas

I hope that it's ANYONE but Lucas. I am anxiously awaiting spoilers, the audience had to be at the studio at 7:30a pacific time, but I don't know what time the actual taping takes places. I would guess 8:30 pacific, and that hasn't even approached us yet....I will be a long couple hours

My hope is Toby, this way Magni will be free to do his own thing

This morning I rewatched the show last night and I have to say that I can NOT for the life of me understand what they were talking about with Magni's original song. That song has been going through my head all night and all morning. I REALLY like it and would totally buy it when/if it is ever released. He is just amazing when he is having fun and that it terriffic.

Of course, having said that, I can't really see him fronting Super*BEEP* (since we can't use the name Supernova because of a legal injunction. Don't wanna upset the Chewbacca people.....Hehehe). He doesn't really seem to mix with them well, but he kills it with the House Band. Mark Burnett ought to fly his wife and son back out to the US to be with him and sign him and the House Band to an album deal right now. Super *Beep*can open for them on the tour.

As for who should win, I can't decide between Dilana and Lukas (sorry Rand Wagon people....I like him, but not for this band.). I think that they should pick them both and let them share the prize. Tommy Lee mentioned in an interview that a girl and guy front duo would be awesome and I think I agree.
They seem to be a lot alike (which is why they probably get on each other's nerves) and they sound great together in the limited time that I have heard them (the webcast of the first day when they wrote the words to the Supernova track together). They can sing together and solo on different tracks and back each other up. They both scream half their lyrics anyway, so having the break might be a good way to save their voices.

Just a thought, or dream, maybe. I would totally go to see that if they were coming anywhere near DC. What is up with that, anyway? How do you skip the Nation's Capital?

OMG - I got so hooked on this show and this is the first time I posted on this thread. I don't care for Lukas, I started out really liking Dilana until she messed up, in my mind, a few weeks ago. I REALLY like Toby and Magni. I felt so bad for Magni last night. I also really liked Storm as well. I wish they would have brought her back for an encore.

Does anyone know if there is anything going on between Tommy Lee and Brooke? Someone asked me and I don't know and I don't want to go back through all the posts so sorry if it's already been discussed. I know a few weeks ago they congratulated her for being pregnant.

Edited to add: still waiting on the spoilers - it wouldn't surprise me if Mark Burnett held the audience CAPTIVE until the show airs so no one ruins the surprise.
