This is just an idea I am trying out not a rumor, what would be the consensus of opening up the RR building, building slower "craft" that have "light cannons" to hit approaching asteroids, pirates, space monsters etc. Exactly like Buzz Lightyear at WDW but on the old Peoplemover track and at the original snail pace. The longboats or whatever design would have "hit meters" on them for scoring.
TP may have flunked at the box office but that really does'nt mean anything, look at the Country Bears movie.....

And it would be a good addition to TL at DL.

Just about *anything* would be a good addition to DL's tomorrowland, the trick would be getting corporate to pay for it...

Since there is no imagineer forum here at the very least its to pass on some observations about DL, first off TL is becoming a MAJOR black hole, it needs something new without having to build from scratch, there is a good point about Heil Eisner using TP as an escuse for exiting the big film animations, but to what end, forever sequels? Lion King XXIV? Tarzan VIII? how many times can you cut and paste a movie? granted GL is doing it to the original SW trilogy but at least its in good taste.

Even if the RR was nothing more than a futureistic version of Superstar Limo:rolleyes: at least its another option to be later tweaked and improved, I bet if the Mouse Fuehrer was gone things would be better.
