Robe Sizes

There was at thread a little while back asking about the size of the robes. If this is still a question, reply to this thread. I took ours out and measured the lenght and width. I know how it is to wonder if they will fit. We got them as a gift on board with a package we purchased. I will not say with what package, because I do not want to spoil it for other cruisers. It was a nice surprise for us. So of you still need then info let me know.

Well, hopefully I will be able to answer this for you in a couple of weeks. We ordered the Romance Basket for our room. From what I understand, the size is HUGE! But others have said that they fit better after washing. I am thinking of having mine sent to be washed right away.

Sorry it took me a couple of days to get back. The robes are one size fits all, but here are the measurments. They are 56 inches from side to side, counting the front and back. Remember this counts for the space it takes where the robe over laps. The ties/belt is totally removable and goes through loops on the robe. They give you plenty of tie space. The robes are 46 inches long and the sleeves are those quarter length ones that are 13 inches from shoulder to bottom cuff. I hope this helps.

So EVA, not HUGE. I guess they fit all typical size people and would go up to maybe a 1X, but they do not fit my DH or I. Grant it, we are not typical size.

Sorry, I have never seen them. I've just seen the answer posted a number of times here. And the complaint always seems to be that they are too big. But that is very subjective.

For me, the robe was huge but I'm also 5'1. I was like a child playing dress up. For dh it was a little too short since he's 6'1 but the sleeves and fit were okay. I really wish they would do sizes to the robes. I loved the robe itself and really wanted it to fit right. I even washed it in hot water and dried it to see if it would shrink some. No luck!

I had posted a thread asking about the robes. Thanks for the answer atinkerbellmom. We to are thinking about the romance basket so any info I get is very helpful.
I just wonder about the lenth of the sleeves. Sounds a bit short. Do yours have a disney logo on them. I read another post that said theirs did and yet another poster said they did not. Did you feel it was worth the $$. Might be a bit of a silly question as it does not sound like you have had a lot of use from them, but what do you think?

My question is how wide are the sleeves, above the elbow, for someone with very large upper arms. People kept saying HUGE, but when I asked, it came back huge for a size 6, a size I have never been in my life!

The sleeves are very wide all the way down, just that they are quarter length. I will try to post a picture of them today. Now my computer skills are a little lacking, so it may take a bit. I would put it on for you, but since it does not even meet in the front, I do not want to look like the "Biggest Loser" club.
