Roaring Forks times?

Just wondering if anyone could give me the hours for Roaring Forks. We'll be staying at the WL in Sept., and was wondering if they would be open early enough for us to grab some breakfasts before heading to the parks. Also wondered how late they would be open, as we sometimes like to snack late at night. TIA!

Hours are Seasonal
6:00am to Midnight
Breakfast Grill 7:00a.m. - 11:00am
Salad and Sandwich Creations 11:00am - 10:00pm
Grilled Sandwiches and Pizza 11:00am to 11:00pm
