Yes it is open. Here is a link to pictures of it and menu details. Sounds like the refillable mug options are the same but they added other great options like soft serve ice cream. Can't wait to check it out in a few weeks (MAN it sounds good saying that!)

Yes rehabed and reopened - we were there about 3 weeks ago. Only thing is, it looks almost exactly the same as it did before!
