We stayed at WL last May, and ate at Roaring Forks twice for breakfast I think. THe choices are very limited, but I seem to recall a standard breakfast platter (eggs, bacon or sausage, and hashbrowns/potatoes) and I think that they had a breakfast croissant as well. The cold line did have make your own yogurt parfaits, and they had plenty of pastries as well. One tip....the seating area is very, very small....I think they only had about 10 to 15 tables at the most, and it gets very crowded. Both of the times we ate breakfast there my husband got the food to go and brought it back to the room...it was much more convenient.
