Roaring Fork on 1/29

Was wanting to do breakfast at Roaring Fork on 1/29, but not sure if Disney will open the MK at 8 that morning instead of 9. If they do, then I wouldn't have time to make it there for breakfast and EE. Any clue?

True. But last year, with the cast member event that night, they opened it one hour earlier.

They just changed the MK hours for my dates (1/24-1/27) yesterday. I would suspect they would change 1/29 soon if they plan on any changes.

I wonder how hard it might be to Uber in at the WL just for a CS breakfast?
