Roaming Gnome for Cabin Door

Did a search first but anything that popped up was very old. Trying to do a traveling Gnome for my 4 night dream cruise to Nassau and Castaway Cay. Does anyone have a template and I can attempt to change the wording and itinerary? Thank you!
