Update: the deal includes out of market games and aforementioned local games of the 5 franchises, but it will NOT be available on YouTubeTV. MLB.tv has been successfully acquired by ESPN.

UPDATE: this now also applies to ABC.

Giants vs Cubs 6/14, Cubs vs Cardinals 8/16 at 3pm ET. Yankees vs Red Sox 6/28 at 1pm ET. All these games are on ABC.

With that, it means THREE broadcast networks (the others being Fox and NBC) will have some form of baseball coverage this season.

They’re still here… just on life support. In Dallas though it’s ironic that the Rangers called their standalone baseball channel RSN…
