RoadRunner Shuttle

Has anyone used RoadRunner Shuttle to get to Grand California Hotel from LAX? Were they on time, courteous drivers, and clean vans?

I have been reading horror stories about the other shuttles -- not being picked up on time, not being picked up at all, dirty smelly drivers, smoking drivers, etc .

I've used them before, but I'm unsure that they actually will go from the Airport to DL. They serve Ventura and Santa Barbara County. If they do, there service is fine, I've used them multiple times, it's actually the company the business I work for contracts with to shuttle guests to and from airports (we're up in Camarillo).
