Riviera Sales?

Does anyone know how the sales of Riviera are going? I'm curious seeing the new restrictions on resales.

You won’t be able to conclude anything of value on sales numbers this early in the game. CCV had a slow start and went on to sell out the entire resort ahead of projections.

I am willing to bet that CCV approaching “sold out” played a role in why Riviera is being offered so much earlier than when it will open. And selling so much earlier than opening is playing a much bigger part on sales figure than the restrictions which most people buying probably don’t even know/care about.
