Riviera Resort ?

We don't know but the exterior doesn't look like Mexico to me.

It will be the most expensive resort per point ever, and I expect the points required to be high as well. DVD realised some time ago I reckon, that people don't necessarily study the points charts too much when buying and thus high points per night enables a much larger gross. I imagine like most executives, DVD execs are in this for their bonuses, they will not reduce the potential income if it will sell they will price it high.

And they should sell for as much as they can at a price point that will come close to their projected sales needs. I suspect it'll be in between in terms of total points per similar villa, more than SSR but less than Poly/VGF. My guess is around the same as BCV/BWV without the standard view options.

I don't think that's unreasonable for its location. However, the cost per point will be way higher than BCV/BWV, so it would still be expensive to buy there.

For that comparison one would also have to give some consideration to the length of the RTU. Even for resale, BCV is approaching retail for Poly/CCV when you look at the long term value. Thus I'd figure something as desirable as BCV/BWV at current prices a better deal $$$ wise than BCV/BWV retail. I'm not seeing it as in demand as BWV/BCV personally but we shall see. Of course I also see BCV as standard view at preferred points.
