Riviera Resale Question - What is "World Collection" definition

I've seen the exact wording below a number of times, and realized I have never seen an actual definition of what the "World Collection" is that is referenced. Can someone post a link or copy from a document, to show me the legal definition of "World Collection" in this context?

Frankly, the whole paragraph is confusing (it almost seems to indicate someone with points at Another resort, after buying into Riviera resale, would also be limited only to their Home Resort, Riviera Resort, and the World Collection ... ). See what I mean by the wording? Otherwise, why put Home Resort in that sentence at all?

"Effective January 19, 2019, Members with an ownership interest at Disney’s Riviera Resort who did not purchase directly from Disney Vacation Development, Inc. may only use those Vacation Points for reservations at their Home Resort, Disney’s Riviera Resort, and the World Collection."

It’s just what Disney calls Interval International, the points exchange with Marriott and others. You can use it to stay at non-DVC timeshares if you so desire.

Within DVC, limited to just RIV, but all owners can exchange out of DVC into II as mentioned above…

Correct. It’s an exchange so people with say Hyatt Vacation Club points or Vistana ones can exchange them for DVC, and you with DVC points can exchange for Hyatt or Vistana. But DVC points can’t be exchanged for DVC that’s just a rule they have.
