Riviera not showing up online booking

I was just online looking for availability around the 7 month window and although Riviera shows up as resort to check for searching, when select Riviera and then click search, keep getting no resort found. Not no rooms available but no resort found.
I guess another glitch in Disney IT!

Do you have a resale contract bought this year? So that you may not be allowed to book RR??
If not the case, probab IT glitch. Also they don't open until Dec.

Are you selecting a contract/membership of yours that was purchased direct or resale before 1/19/19? I was able to search perfectly fine with my qualified membership.

Unless your looking for 1&2 bedroom preferred view there is not much at 7 months. A day or two here for studios. But I had no problems looking. With the excessive high points chart, for a resort that’s going to overlook CBR, I’m not sure we will ever stay there.

Yes, I purchased resale recently but also have 210 direct points from 1996.
I select my direct member number on home page and go down to bottom of page to check availability area, select resorts and then click select availability and Riviera does not show up after searching.
I now notice that everytime I search if defaults back to my resale number, although I initially select my direct number. I guess a call to MS is needed.

We've never had that problem. We did have a problem with transferred in points. I was told it was an IT issue.

Instead of Check Availability, try using the drop-down menu under Plan a Vacation. It works better for me and doesn’t default back to my first membership # after I choose which membership to use.

There are definitely quirks to the system. I still have the old pages showing up under Chrome - to the point that it's even old advertising. Nothing I do changes it. On my Ipad, Edge etc. it's all the new pages.

That way works also for me but more steps involved to just check availability. Since the resale contract is new and just showed up on site last week, I am going to wait until points load and if still same results will call MS.

I just tried it again for 2/15 for 2br at any WDW resort. For RRV get the no rooms available but no option to waitlist as get for other resorts with no availability. At top of page shows my direct number and not resale number ,so definitely some IT glitch still

I was looking for 2 br. ,I have reservation at BCV 2/16-22 in 2BR . I will be at 7 month mark 7/15 and was going to try and add 2/15 with other points. It is waitlisted at BCV so was just looking to see what other 2br available besides SSR. I thought it might be interesting to try out RRV for 1 night.

Riviera doesn’t open until 12/16/19. You would not be able to book it for 12/15.

Do you really mean 2/15/20? That would be 7 months from Monday.
