Actually there is only one entrance and thats on the South harbor side. The entrance you see on Katella is for the Cast Member parking! Both parking lots are side-by-side, but we arent allowed to go that way to get to the Toy Story lot (which would be VERY convienent lol), so we can really only use the South Harbor side as thats the only entrance the cars go through.
And although there are different sections to park the cars in, but really doesnt matter in turns of taking the shuttles. The shuttles all come and go in one central area and where everyone goes to catch it. Its really just one circuler area the buses come drop people off and pick up new guests in one spot. There are two sides you can catch it at, and they are separated by the sections you park in. In other words, the Woody and Jessie is on one side while Buzz is on another but they all go to the same area to catch the buesses, just on different sides of each other.
When you walk in it will be obvious as you will see the shuttle area! Just walk in and will have no problems getting one!
