Riviera Gelato Cart - Eggs?

Does anyone know if the gelato served from the cart at RIviera contains eggs? I think gelato traditionally does not contain eggs but obviously not all gelato is made "traditionally." My daughter is allergic to eggs so whether it is gelato or ice cream, we always need to inquire.
