Riverside pull down bed and 5' 9" person?

Not unless you put a chair near the end and add some cushion to extend the area. My 5'5" daughter barely fit so this is how we extended the sleep area.

My daughter is 5'7" and can only sleep on these pulldown beds curled up on her side, which she totally prefers anyway so its fine. She'd also probably sleep in the tub to avoid sharing a bed with someone though!

I'm 5'8" and had to curl on the on the pulldown (which I prefer anyway...)

It is possible but far from ideal. On a recent trip my 2 year old became sick and had to sleep with mommy... That relegated my 6'3 husband to the pull down Murphy bed! He claimed it was more comfortable than sleeping next to my thrashing son but I guess that doesn't say much lol.

My 6’3 son slept on it, and my 5’8 daughter...we are hardy tent campers...they did fine on it..we loved the room and grounds there!

I'd bring along an air mattress instead. Those beds are meant for small kids.

Last time my son slept on one he was probably about 5’9”-5’10” and very slim. He did not fit on it all that good, was not comfortable for him.

My 6’3 son slept on it. My 5’9 daughter slept on it....it worked.
