Riverside, online check-in not working?

I'm having some issues with online check in. Sometimes I go in and fill everything out and it says resort amenities are unavailable at this time but continue and come back later, and everytime I submit the form I get an error page. Other times the amenities show up but only show the options of corner room ground floor top floor second floor, and then the same happens I get an error page after hitting submit. My question is where did all the other options of early check in, which section, etc go? And is anyone else having trouble getting their online check in to go through?

Second this. I was trying to check prices for an upcoming stay and got this message:

• Booking is currently unavailable. We’re working to restore availability as soon as possible. Please check back later.
