Riverside Mill Create Your Own Pasta - any good?

Is the pasta at the Riverside Mill any good. I love create your own pastas and we are thinking about taking the boat from SSR to POR to try this out. Is it worth it?

We always loved it when we were staying at POR- it was very filling and yummy! Would I make a special trip for it? Well, I guess only if I wanted to check POR out... Maybe rent a surrey bike after lunch to make it worth the trip!

Ohhhh that sounds perfect! I will be 4.5 months pregnant when we go so not thinking I am going to want to bike anywhere.

I tried it when we were there two weeks ago. It was ok, nothing to write home about and I wouldn't go out of my way for it. Stay away from the chicken you can add in, though. Mine was very gristly and DH found a piece of bone in his

The make your own pasta was WONDERFUL!!!

In fact it was so good I tried three different versions of it lol

I do agree with the last poster to say stay away from the chicken lol
It was ok tasting but yep it had like pieces of fat in it. Like it was made with lots of dark meat.

I stayed with the shrimp instead and my favorite was the pesto just ask them to go light on the oil or it can be a bit greasy.

I loved adding all the veggies. It was super good and super fresh. We are going back in September but staying at Poly and will make a trip over during lunch just to make some pasta lol

Definitely worth a try to see if you like it or not, but it definitely gets my vote

The shrimp in the pasta was really good. I was surprised at how many were in there. Probaby about 12-15 in each order.

There definitely are a lot of choices there, but I also thought mine was just okay. Pasta is my favorite, and I was so excited to see this at our resort. Not to say I wouldn't get it again, I just might try something a little different to hopefully get a better lunch.

Ooh this sounds very good, I love shrimp, love pasta...do they have alfredo sauce? We are staying at the POFQ in Oct and may have to stroll over to the POR

We strolled over from POFQ in January to have the pasta, and they do have Alfredo sauce. I think I had shrimp, mushrooms and spinach. It was really good, but I thought the alfredo sauce was pretty bland. I don't know if there was an option to add in garlic or spices, but if there is I would definitely do that next time.
