Rivers of Light Dining Package... Is Alcohol Included When Using DDP?

I know that the dining package includes a non-alcoholic drink, but if we're paying with dining plan credits, does it include an alcoholic drink? We're planning on Tusker House right now, though we're considering Tiffins.

I just wanted to verify, was your Tusker ROL package 1 TS? The Disney Website says 2, but people on the internet seem to say it is 1. I am looking for a 2018 dining experience to confirm. TIA.

Following along. We have ROL @ Tusker booked for June. My understanding is Tusker is 1, Tiffins is 2.
