I wonder what restaurants would be included for a dinner package... I would think it wouldn't only be Tiffins....(but I would like to try it!)

My understanding is that we are indeed talking about a seating area, not a standing area. That said, there will be standing areas nearby for guests to watch. You'll have dining package and FP+ guests with a few standby going into the seating area, while everyone else can watch from other standing areas nearby. That in mind, they're still probably going to be running 2-3 of these shows a night to boost capacity.
