Rivers of Light --- Almost Ready for Prime Time

I don't know any specific dates but rivers of light has been going through rehearsals pretty much daily and should be debuting soon. It's grand opening has been said for mid November but soft openings should come before that.

They'd have to be after dark so anywhere from probably 6:30-9:00 depending on how long the park is open.

Park is listed as open until 8:30PM for my AK days, and it's obvious that ROL has to be after dark, but a more specific time would sure help in my planning. It looks like no one knows yet. Thanks anyway.

Also worth noting is that time change is November 6. It will get dark around 5:30PM and I think the park is currently showing it will be open till 7PM. About a month ago the calendar had it closing at 6PM.

Having this would make up a bit for the lack of Dinosaur......

But like everything for this November......how about some advanced notice WDW??? I have never had such a hard time planning a trip to WDW in 30 years.

If my ADR is during ROL.......I might have to hurt someone..

why is AK suddenly opened until 8:30 instead of 7:30 tonight? the wait times don't indicate a larger than normal crowd.

is tonight the night? I guess I need to do ak tonight.

Daylight Savings Time ends Nov 6. So according to the sunlight, an 8:30 close during the 1st week of the month is the same as a 7:30 close after Nov. 6. So if close remains at 7pm, you may get fewer total hours, but only 30 min less of after-sunset time.

I actually ended up not going when the news came on and said epcot was so crowded, they ran out of parking spaces. I just assumed that spilled into all locations..

btw, it was a wonderful day out today. I went to an oktoberfest thing instead.
