To me the Beach Club is the easy answer.

You have easy access to such much dining, activities, two parks and the best pool in WDW.

What about a split stay? We have 6 nights in Disney. I could do 3 and 3....

You could.
I personally love split stays on longer trips. For a 6 night trip I’d prefer to stay put at one resort. But if you don’t mind a move, go for it!
