Riveria direct

If the memberships falls below the minimum for a blue card, the only way back is to meet the new minimum. So, owners who have grandfathered contracts, or contracts for less than 150 that qualify, once sold, that membership needs to reach whatever is in place.

But let's say I bought 75 when the minimum was 75, so I got the blue card then. But now I have another 75 making 150 direct total. If I sell 75, I would lose the blue card since I'm under the current minimum? They don't "grandfather" the minimum since that's what it was when I originally qualified?

None of this even applies to me I'm just curious :)

If you sell the contract for the grandfathered 75 points, then you would no longer have a blue card. However, if you sell the non-grandfathered 75 points, you would retain your blue card.

I believe it will depend on what contract you sell, and which you retain, because the minimum requirement for blue card benefits is specified in the contract you signed when purchasing. If you sell the contract which had the 75 point requirement in its contract, then yes you would lose the blue card. But if you sold the newer 75 point contract which required 150 points, then no, you'd retain the blue card - because you have the contract that only requires 75 points.

Ah the minimum is specified in each contract. Makes sense. :thumbsup2
