Is the river of lights an actual ride that we would need a fast pass for?

Show over the water with some bleacher style seating. They say they will offer FP+ and safe to assume they will go fast.

"FastPass+ is planned to be available for Rivers of Light. Guests may be able to make their plans through My Disney Experience soon and dining packages are planned to be available. More information will be coming soon about participating locations and how to make reservations."

I followed the news enough to know it was a planned show to watch from the edge of the "River"

.... But now I want a "Maid of the Mist" type ride through the amazing show!!!
